Problem
A regional private clinic spoke in discounts and stock smiles. Patients could not tell the office from a public waiting room, and dropped the booking form on the second screen.
The concept treats the service as a product: few blocks, a clear offer, a short booking form. This is a study, not a billed launch — how LaunchWeb shows craft before the first live clients.
